Why did you become a Personal Trainer?

When I got my first junior international athletics vest I always knew that I wanted to give back to the public. Once I retired from American Football, I pursued a career in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry. When a client or patient achieve their goals, I get the same enjoyment as I had when I received my first letter saying that I had been selected to represent this country.

How do you differ from other trainers?

I am not a shouter or counter but my approach is methodical. My clients and patients recognise that training with me is personal and we will do our best to eliminate as many obstacles as possible that prevents them from getting to their goals.

Favourite exercises/equipment?

Core and Balance exercises are essentials as is the dreaded foam roller. Also, love using resistance bands

Guilty pleasures?

None, but I do love to reward myself with a pint of Guinness and watching the NCIS franchises.
