Why did you become a personal trainer?
Coming from a sport orientated environment I needed to be in top physical shape. Competing in county rugby and football at a young age. Undertaking my first national kick-boxing competition at the age of 17. from this my passion for sport and fitness grew along with the thirst for knowledge. My enjoyment of fitness lead me to want to train others so they too can enjoy living a healthy life style, to show exercise is fun, exciting and not a chore.
How do you differ from other trainers?
Exciting and motivating, best describe my training styles. Using the extensive knowledge I have gained over many years, programmes will be tailored and suited to your abilities, training will be fun and engaging. With full support and motivation every step of your journey. Together we will set your goals and reach them! Nothing we cant do with hard work and SWEAT!
Pull up bars, abs and core work
"When I went for my first session with Jonathan he set me goals and targets, to get my motivation for attending the gym regularly, Jonathan makes the sessions enjoyable, and makes me feel completely at ease, giving me the confidence boost to reach my goals, Jonathan puts together a personalised plan to keep my enthusiasm going in between sessions, which changes every few weeks to keep me interested, and start seeing results". - Lauren R
