Why did you become a personal trainer?

Coming from an elite sporting background my job was to be the fittest I could be to out perform others. Over these years I began to really love making my self physically and mentally stronger. The knowledge and experience I gained in the professional sporting environment is something I really want to get across to all types of people to help in their fitness journey!

How do you differ from other trainers?

Being in a professional sporting environment for many years I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge on physically capability. I am always trying to better my sessions for clients and create an enjoyable varied training programme to hopefully make you want to come back and train at SWEAT!

Favourite exercise/equipment?

The Kettlebell, the amount of exercises you can use them for is just amazing.
