Each of our SWEAT! gyms has a dedicated cycle studio equipped with state of the art bikes. Our spin classes are a great, fun workout and keep you in complete control - choose your own resistance level and enjoy getting fit even if you can’t ride a bike! Burn calories and tone up to the latest chart-topping tunes, motivated by our Glasgow class instructors.
