15 min Ab workout
This workout is designed to strengthen the core and abdominal region all over.
The time first 5 exercises can be adapted for how advanced the participant is. For example if you need to drop it to 15 seconds to start then progress to 30 then 45 as you improve.
- 1 min plank
- 1 min side plank both sides
- 1 min crunches
- 1 min leg raises
- Ab circuit-40 seconds of each exercise then 30,20 and 10.
- Russian twists with a medicine ball.
- Heel touches
