March Fitness Challenge- Rower!
Test your cardiovascular fitness and speed in our rowing challenge! Complete 4 x 20 second intervals with 10 seconds of rest in between. The challenge is to beat or equal the speed of your first interval in your last interval.
To win a prize, either beat or equal the speed of your first interval in the fourth.
Complete 4 x 20 second intervals making sure that the last interval is as fast as the first.
Take 10 seconds rest in between each interval.
