Why did you become a personal trainer?
Coaching at a high level in my football career I love to motivate and get the best out of people, so I become a PT as I have a passion for fitness, I love the sport/fitness industry and I wanted to make my hobby my job.
The gym gives me a real buzz and there is no better feeling than helping people successfully achieve their fitness goals and targets.
I don’t have an overall favourite exercise I just enjoy working out in general and keeping fit, but my favourite piece of equipment is the battle ropes, so simple but very effective.
