Why did you become a personal trainer?
I love being able to change people’s lives through fitness and wellbeing. By providing clients with my knowledge, guidance and support they can achieve happier and healthier lives. This really gives me a true sense of purpose in life as there is nothing more rewarding to me than having the privilege to help clients smash their goals on their fitness and health journeys and becoming the best version of themselves.
How do you differ from other trainers?
I treat my clients like they are family by supporting them in every way possible; both physically and mentally. I take my clients under my wing and teach them all of the knowledge and skills they require whilst exposing them to new and unknown possibilities in reaching their goals; then when they are ready to leave the nest they are fully equipped to continue with their newly adopted healthy lives without me.
Resistance bands are amazing as the benefits are countless....... to list a few of these benefits you can use them for resistance training, improving mobility, rehabilitation and strength training.
Hmmmm I dont really feel guilty for pleasing myself as I always know I have earned it and I do believe too much good can be bad! although there is nothing good about feeding our temples with foods of no nutritional value at all.
